Heart Matters features stories, music and messages each week that showcase the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We believe wholeheartedly that everyone can experience that power for themselves. We bring these episodes to our viewers each week hoping that the message of Jesus becomes alive and real in your life.

Each show features a musical guest, a true life testimonial story, and a 3 min message from Pastor Ralph Benson. Heart Matters is produced locally in Newfoundland and all of the guests that appear on the program have a connection to the province.

In May of 2011 Heart Matters began airing episodes on the local Rogers station in Gander NL. An eager team of volunteers from Evangel church desired to share the message of Christ with their community and Heart Matters was born. Since that time the show has expanded its reach across the country and features guests from all around Newfoundland & Labrador.
